Demonstrating our expertise and quality craftmanship for a local Titahi Bay home renovation.
Renovation included:
- Interior: Reallocating internal spaces, new interior wall linings and new insulation throughout, new electrical plan and fittings throughout, new bathroom, ensuite and new kitchen.
- Exterior: Full roof replacement and full replacement of the exterior cladding.
- Windows & Doors: Replacement of existing joinery with new, quality double glazed joinery.
- Plus: New deck extending the indoor-outdoor living space and constructing new retaining walls to terrace the garden areas.
The project didn’t stop there…
Our extensive renovation work included the need to add some extra space to the home.
- The kitchen needed more space, so the kitchen area was extended, with the addition of a new large walk-in pantry.
- A second bathroom was added, fitted with single tub vanity unit, shower, and toilet.
- A new guest toilet was added.
- The master bedroom was extended adding an ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe.
